  5. TSMP is a package designed to track the maintenance of traffic signals. It is
  6. designed for use both by governmental agencies and private sector traffic
  7. signal repair contractors. TSMP is well integrated with the operating system to
  8. support multiple data sets and data security. Each traffic signal malfunction
  9. is entered and tracked thereafter through the date and time of its final
  10. repair. TSMP provides up-to-the-minute information to all parties concerned.
  11. With all its reporting and query abilities, TSMP simply provides control.
  12. Control over those contracted to remedy potentially hazardous traffic signal
  13. malfunctions. Control in a manner which increases public safety. Control which
  14. provides accurate records for any litigation borne out of traffic signal
  15. related accidents. Examples of reports include intersection, street, and area
  16. histories, open calls, average call response time (with or without liquidated
  17. damages), data entry audit trails, outage/repair pattern reports, and more.
